  This February 15, 2010, Paul Mazaud, apprentice pastry bakery Fournet, in Bugeat was placed 4th in the competition for best apprentice baker in France. Good performance for this young fellow that was already the best apprentice pastry chef in Limousin. We congratulate both teacher and student.
